I guess in hawaii its warm enough that open-air kitty sanctuary is ok. Would be nice if there were more (climate appropriate) places like this..Interestingly, they allow 'in place' adoptions for people who can't take the cat home.

Wow! 370 cats! I've always said that if I won the lottery, my dream would be to open a cat sanctuary. It's also very cool that it's the #1 tourist attraction on the island.
The kitty in the 5th picture, Pierre, looks a whole lot like my stray Casper, although Casper's got a bigger white mustache and more white on his paws/legs. It's the first time I've seen a kitty that looks like him. |
