Belly rubbed

Since Chloe has had her spay surgery, she likes to have her belly rubbed all the time. Does anyone else's female cat like this? I have not experienced this phenomenaw with the other cats living with me. In fact Connor hates for anyone to touch his large belly. I think he is ticklish, because if you try to touch him gently there he jumps. Then he will swat or try to nip you. He has always done this. Lizzy is a free spirit and does her own thing most of the time, she does not crave attention like the others, except when there is food involved.

All my bf's cats like their bellies rubbed. They get them as kittens and start rubbing their bellies when they are young so like it. I adopted a cat when she was about 9 months old. She was a big fan of it at first, but I have done it enogh that she likes it. My kitten also likes her belly rubbed too.

All five of my cats love to have their bellies rubbed.

Just yesterday, my Jade was sleeping on this shelf above the TV. I said hi to my Jade and he turned on his back to get his belly rubbed. He turned too much and he flipped over. He fell to the floor head-first

Both of mine hate their bellies being rubbed!
Korbel will give the "fake belly" sometimes. She lays there with her big white belly exposed looking very petable. But, watch out, if you try to pet her you might want to make sure you have all of your fingers left

When I rub my kitten's belly, he has an involuntary reflex to obsessively lick my hands... EVERY TIME! He loves being pet on the belly--- most that visit my house are amazed by it...

Ketesh and Halcyon are mostly indifferent to it. Ninquetal HATES it. Both that and touching her tail are off limits. That's ok though....she's my nighttime cuddle baby.

Ginza LOVES his belly rubs. He can't get enough belly rubbing, well, any kind of cuddles and petting anyway.

Mozart, Kayla and Pixie tolerate having their bellies rubbed, but it's not their favorite thing.
