When I am near the treats storage place (with her most perfect "sit" and "smile"...and dancing tail)
When I surprise her ("Oh!")

So many different sounds, though. Thanks for getting me thinking about this, I love it.

Peter does it when he sees me or jumps up to start playing. Baby Kitty does it when she first wakes up too. Skylar doesn't do it a whole lot. I'd say Peter does it the most
