You could try cat attract cat litter, and feliway diffusers for the stress.

I am not sure if the cat(s) who are peeing use the same areas repeatedly or even the same room or not. We were having a problem with a cat peeing problem, usually in the same area / spots. I bought a 15 dollar logitech webcam, and taped it to the wall directed at the problem area. Recorded 24/7 until a pee spot was found. Then went through the recording to figure out which cat it was. It usually occured during the night or day while we were asleep or at work. So it usually was only 8 hours of tape to go through. Fast forwarding through the video took 20 minutes to analyze the video. Figured out which one cat it was out of four and dealt with it accordingly. This was the only way we could figure it out. With 4 cats, you cant guess which one it was.
