Hello All,
On Tuesday (past) I was sitting watching TV when all of a sudden a massive commotion occurred in the kitchen. I went in to find Izzy and Murphy fighting in the most aggressive way. Missy has never liked Izzy but they just avoid each other, now when Murphy and Izzy come into contact they kick off with each other and fight. They have ALWAYS got on and been good friends, but they have seriously fallen out. Any ideas why this may have happened??? It is worrying me. x

Oh dear, sometimes this happens. How old are Izzy and Murphy? Are they both males and are they neutered? How old were they when you got them? If they aren't neutered, they should be ASAP.

Well....it could be misdirected aggression if there was another cat or animal in the yard that they could see. On the other hand, if one or both is in the age range of 2-4 or one (or both) of them aren't neutered you may be having a hierarchy challenge. Tell us more about their background...
