I think the best of any toys are where you are actually involved also as this helps build a good bond/connection.
My best suggestion in home made wand toys - cheap and durable/fixable. I have half a yard stick or something about 2 feet long, a hole drilled in one end where I attach a string about 3 - 8 feet long, then tie something small and fuzzy to the string. You can whip it back and forth for him to catch and he's covering 5 - 15 feet running each way exerting lots of energy. |

I have a nice collection of wand-type toys and they are Yuki's favourite overall. She likes feathery attachments the best and I can get her to leap and bring it down with all 4 paws sometimes. I wish I could get a pic of her doing that, she looks like a little leopard
