100 years ago (or five months ago), hal1 was looking for something to make the turbo scratcher more fun. i finally bought a hurricane for it, and it went over really well. even my blind kitty plays with it, and she has lost interest in most toys unless i'm the one playing with her.
there's also a cyclone and a star chaser, which i haven't added yet. i wanted to see how the first one played out. the only thing is that if your cats use the scratching part insert, it covers it up. i think you have to take that part out to get it to snap together, so i just leave it out separate. i'll have to buy another turbo scratcher to leave it plain. oh and catnip rubbed into the cardboard or the special receptacle in the hurricane works wonders. |

what is the hurricane? I found the cyclone, but Toby doesn't react to catnip.
Also, for those wondering, I think cinderflower was referring to my putting the turbo scratcher partially under a low table shelf to make it more enticing to reach at. This is the bottom shelf of a coffee table.
