Another idea is that if Tiger is having trouble getting into it, instead of practising how to get out with her, practice getting into it with her. I got Meenu a new litterbox with a doorflap and what i did was just sit there and put her in front of the box and coax her into pushing the door herself to get into it. I would also put her front paws in the box and let the lid sit on her back until she jumped all the way in so she would get used to the feeling of pushing it and having the flap fall on her. Lots of praise and maybe a treat for when she jumps backout and im sure she'll get the hang out it.
