Luna does this to me too. According to my research, some cats like to groom their owners' hair, since hair is the closest thing to their fur.

I couldn't get the video to come up either, but based on what Luna said, my Zipper will chew on my hair in bed. I won't let her do it long because it HURTS!!! She will also chew on paperback book covers and VERY expensive college textbooks. sheesh

I couldn't get the video to load, but judging by the still image, I would interpret this behaviour as "Kitty loves you and wants to play!"

It might be your shampoo. I briefly used lavender shampoo but had to stop because my cats would try to eat my hair.
