I do think that this jealousy stems from insecurity and Moosey knowing that I am her owner, not Ziggy's. But I think that even if I were to own Ziggy, Moosey would still be a little meanie. I try to greet her first at the door and talk to her when she is meowing. I give her all the attention she wants, but she seems to be lashing out at Ziggy a lot more.
Of course, this may be due to the whole "Ziggy not being fixed" thing. I just want to live in harmony, but I guess I don't like everyone I meet, so why would cats like every cat they meet?

UPDATE:
As soon as I got home from work Moosey was at the door. I said hi to her and bent down to pet her, completely ignoring Ziggy (she was fine with it). I told Moosey she was a good girl and put my stuff down. She followed me into the room and was rubbing on my legs so I got down to pet her and lost my balance. I was half sitting on the floor and she crawled up in my lap. We sat there for a good 10 minutes while I doted on her. Ziggy walked up and I was petting both of them. After Moosey had her fill of lovin's, I went in the living room and she followed me in and jumped up on the couch for more lovin's! She hasn't tried to fight with Ziggy once tonight, which is a record!
