night time howling
I have three cats, two female one male: Violet, Cole and Beni. All were rescues. Violet is Cole's mother. Beni is a new rescue, and why I'm here today.
Beni is a bengal cat that was purchased by one of my nasty neighbors. She kicked him to the curb when she brought a new dog into the house and the two didn't get along. I believe that Beni has all of his shots, but that hasn't been confirmed yet. What has been confirmed is that Beni had all of his claws removed.
My problem is with Beni's nighttime howling. He likes to get up at 3:00 to 4:00 am to walk around the house a 'talk'. It's very loud. He's not looking for food, and if I show him the door, he isn't interested in going out (I wouldn't let him out anyway, it is far too cold and dangerous given that he has no claws).
Any suggestions on how I can stop his night time antics? I need my sleep!
