I'd suggest trying the probiotics and digestive enzymes as well.
Brody (the dog) has off and on bouts with diarrhea... well mostly just loose stool but it does get kind of bad every now and then. I had been using Prozyme for a while when she was really young. Then I found something made by Eagle Pack... so I tried that. Didn't seem to be working. I ended up getting another bottle of Prozyme a while back and haven't had an issue with loose stool since then. I used to give her a probiotic capsule an hour before every meal... but have since cut back to just dinner or even every few days (when I think about it) and she's been doing fine. Its at least something to try
