Default Throws up, and then defecates on the floor.

I'm calling the vet as soon as they open but I really don't know what to think.

To start off, I recently noticed one of my cats had a red spot near her eye, I figured she just got it with her claw because it looked better the next day. Also, she had thrown up a few days prior to this, but it was mainly hair.

But this morning the weirdest thing happened, first she throws up mucous/foam, and then she goes and defecates in the corner across the room. While she was doing this I was trying to scare her away and get her to stop doing it, but she did anyway.

This cat has never marked outside the litter box, so this is very strange behaviour. She's looking kind of uneasy right now, I'm going to keep an eye on her.

My cats have all just recently had a diet change, but I slowly weaned them off their old food. She might have ate something bad, but that doesn't explain why she would just go and do that in the corner right in front of me?

She's telling you she's sick in the best way she knows how. Be sure to update us on what happens at the vet. I hope she's better soon.

Ahhh sorry it took me so long to reply!

She (Milo) didn't actually get to the vet until yesterday.

The vet says it seems like she is really stressed out. My other cat Angela has been recently diagnosed diabetic, and has been getting a lot of attention lately. I think that maybe Milo is very jealous.

They gave me a homeopathic anxiety remedy which is great. If I had known about this stuff my other cat wouldn't be diabetic in the first place!

Milo is such a feisty cat. Very strong too, it took a lot to get her into her kennel. She actually peed herself on the way to the vet and I had to throw the box out! (It was one of those "take home" cardboard box kennels from the SPCA) She has never done that before!

I love my vet! They aren't all "drug up your cat and they'll be fine" like my previous one. I'm SO glad I decided to switch.
