This isn't normal at all for a kitten, I recommend a vet visit immediately. You need to be getting food into him and water, even if you need to assist feed with a syringe. Nutrical is a high calorie supplement that you can give him as well. Babies this age can go downhill very fast. He could have something as simple as worms causing an upset stomach or it could be something much worse. But at his age, it's not really a wait and see situation.

How are the litter box deposits?

In my experience, young kittens usually adjust pretty quickly. It's older cats that may go off their food for a day or so. Kittens are usually pretty oblivious to change. That's not to say it doesn't happen, but it's less likely.

Can you give us an idea of how much food he's eating in ounces? It's tough to tell how much "a few tablespoons" is. Are you offering the same food he received at his previous home? If not, finding out what she was feeding would be a good idea. Some things to entice him....Fancy Feast is known as kitty crack around here. Some plain meat baby food is also a good enticement. Maybe a little cooked chicken. Was he eating dry food at the previous home? He could be a dry food junkie already. Of course wet food is better, but you may need to give him some kibbles to get the weight on him. If my cats are being a little fussy about their wet food, I'll take a few kibbles of dry and smush it into the top of the wet.

OK, well that sounds a lot better than where we started an hour ago.

They're both adorable BTW, what are their names?

I'm glad Michael is doing better. Littermates are very cool, my twins were wild little girls. Still are.

Michael and Bella are adorable!

Cali was the runt of the litter, not expected to survive when they were found abandoned. She'll always be a bit smaller than Charlee, but she's a handful!
