Yep, as long as it isn't swollen or painful, and as long as there is no suspicious looking discharge, everything should be ok. My cat, Chica, had a small bump there for a few weeks. If I try really hard, I can still find a small scar on her stomach where the incision was.
If you're worried, why not post a picture of the bump? Or you can consult with your vet for a post operation check up, and he/she can alleviate your concerns.

If you're seeing pink or red around the incision, it means she's probably licking it and it's getting irritated. You might want to get her an Elizabethan collar (the cones they put on cats and dogs so they can't lick themselves).
