Default Tumbler.....

Tumbler and Juice are SO lucky to have you. And Tumbler is really lucky to have Juice. Adopting him and a sibling was GENIOUS! She will definitely take care of him.....With my two youngest kitties, even tho they aren't siblings, and they are a couple of months apart in age--Bailey takes care of Stella in such a cute way. Always cleaning her, and teaching how to stay out of the way of the "big" cats. When one of the big cats takes a swat at Stella or "scolds" her, she just backs up a couple of inches, and flattens to the floor, showing that she is submissive and the older cat can do what she wants first! It's just adorable!
You described a perfectly normal (if you can call that normal!) CH kitty. Everything seems to be a bit more taxing, they sleep alot, and you will find them in places and wonder how in the world they got there! You are doing fine with Tumbler!!! I'm so proud of you. It is still common practice for vets that don't know much about CH to just advise to have them put down. So sad.

Oh my goodness, I can't imagine how they could put down sweet cats like my Tumbler because of the CH. I am loving him more and more every second of every day. He is absolutely precious and just such a snuggle bunny. My husband and I laugh at him all the time because he just makes us smile. He's such a GOOD boy too. He may not know a lot and do some silly things because he doesn't know better, but he's really so sweet tempered and a little cutie too.

It's so nice reading what other people have to say about CH cats. He was THE cat for me as soon as I saw him and held him at the shelter. I wanted him so badly and had to talk my hubby into letting me get him due to his condition. We actually had Juice in a carrier ready to go because the hub felt she was a better fit, but I went on and on about how we couldn't split them up and how Tumbler would spend his whole life in a cage with no one adopting him, and how sad I was to leave him when he was the one I loved first. Me and the ladies at the desk talked him into it fairly easily. We got him for free with Juice because we were taking him off their hands.

It was meant to be! My husband can't imagine not having him and how he almost made me leave him there. He has told me more than once how glad he is that I talked him into taking both of them and what a good decision it was!!!
