5 months was the verdict given by my vet today.
Shall put it in my diary to remind me!

We just adopted a kitten 2 weeks ago. She was 10 weeks when we got her, and she had been spayed a week prior, so that put her at about 9 weeks. I think that's a bit early, but they don't adopt out without them being fixed. And, she was fixed before we found her online.
