Default Short Bowel Syndrome

I have a one year old "adopted" stray that unfortunately had circumstances that lead to having surgery resulting in short bowl syndrome. She lost about 80% of her small intestine. This happened in April of this year. Last Friday she could not pick her head up. Rushed her to emergency room and discovered her Potassium was low. She is not absorbing the necessary vitamins.

Is there anyone that is dealing with this and could tell me how they are giving their cats the necessary vitamins? I feed her Innova canned food and Natural Balance dry food. We go for a blood test today to see if the Potassium level has come back up. Giving Potassium pills but subcue shots of Thiamine.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated
