Hmmm, I wonder if it is at all possible those are the same clippers I got for my first cat almost 25 years ago. They always worked great. Sport lived to be 18 1/2, and I saved them and a few other of his things after he was gone. Last year, when I adopted my Fab Four, I got them many cat accoutrements, including new nail clippers, but I didn't like the new ones as much as my old ones, which look exactly like these.
What I wonder is whether the ones you got are sturdier than mine--it says they are made with surgical stainless steel. Mine are sturdy, kind of, but they are small. Maybe I should just spring for the $8 and get what might end up being a second pair!

Thanks. I just looked closely at mine, and on one side it says "Stainless", so they are stainless steel, and on the other it says "Four Paws"! These are clippers I got in 1986! Sounds like the same ones. I just clipped one of Snowby's nails with them (one is all she will let me do at a time, if that), and they are still good as new.
