It's normal in kittens of a young age. If it persists, you should have it checked out by a vet. Even if it does, I don't imagine it is anything to worry about.
My 8 year old cat is cross eyed and always has been. It just makes her even more special.

It usually corrects itself. If it doesn't it might be wise to just have a vet check it out but it shouldn't impact too much on the kitten's quality of life or abilities. Cats adjust brilliantly to this.
