Default Well that was gross

I wish I had taken a picture but I threw it in the trash so fast...

Ok, I was cleaning out the mini fridge in my bedroom today, I had it unplugged since something tripped a switch during the storm so I unplugged everything and was too lazy to plug it back in.
So I was cleaning out the drinks that had gone bad/were half empty, and what do I find at the back of my fridge opened?... A can of Fancy Feast!!!. Rocky and Lily had there first week in my room a YEAR AGO!, they said that they were fed FF so that is what we tried when we first got them and they would not even touch it.

It looked just like the pates do freshly opened, except it was all dried out, but there was no mold on it or anything. Great job FF preservatives xD. This is not the first time that my fridge has been unplugged for an extended period since November either....

So gross, I do not even know why I am sharing this xD ... Hope this is in the right forum, since it is about cats.

It's the same reason a mcdonalds burger looks the same after a year.

the reason for that, actually, isn't preservatives.

It's 'cuzza a high surface area and relatively low moisture content.
It dries out before anything has time to grow..
Bacteria can't grow on things that are bone dry..

Nevertheless, it is bad for you anyway.
