Reminds me of my old Winky years ago (RIP Winky). I had started cooking something and then sat down and fell asleep. Winky jumped up on me and started meowing frantically and pawing at my face. I woke up thinking he had gone crazy, but then I smelled the smoke. Winky had saved the day!
