Since I've been transitioning Luna over to a wet diet, I've been watching closely to see which foods she seems to take to better than others. For the past couple weeks, I've been feeding her a mix of Blue Wilderness Chicken, Wellness Kitten, go!Grain Free, Halo, and Innova. It was quite clear to me that she liked go!Grain Free the least. I would say her favourite is Innova Cat & Kitten, although last night she cleaned her dish of Blue Wilderness Chicken. I think she is finally starting to like her wet food better than her dry (I am still feeding dry because I have some left over from when I first got Luna).
What is your cat's favourite food? - whether it be a certain brand, and/or a certain type of meat like chicken, turkey, etc.

I used to try to feed Luna Fancy Feast entrees when she was 9 weeks old and she would just lick the gravy and not eat the meat chunks. I think it takes cats time to adjust to different food textures as well. Luna actually really likes pâtés. I think she prefers them to meat chunks.

Tramp - raw beef
Lottie - turkey (raw or cooked) Oz - if I'm going to be horribly honest, you can't put down a bag of crisps anywhere or he steals them - that isn't what we feed him but it has to be up there with his favourites Jemima - game or lamb wet food Baz - absolutely ANYTHING (greediest cat we have ever had) Becky - giblets |

i know. it makes me think twice about eating something my cats like so much. if i'm going to eat any junk food, it's either cheetos or reese's miniatures.
weruva paw lickin' chicken always gets eaten, to the point that i mix it in other food that has fallen into disfavor with them, but hands down: tiki cat napili luau--chicken with wild salmon. it's too expensive to buy all the time, so i buy it and mix it 50:50 with the weruva and they still love it. and if anyone unwittingly brings mdonald's french fries in with them, they get climbed and pillaged. |
