I feed Feline Greenies Tuna flavored Hairball Control SmartBites.
I don't love some of the ingredients like wheat and animal fat, but it really does seem to help keep the hairballs at bay, and my cat loves them. He won't eat the paste even if I mix it in his food or wipe some on his paws. It's not as healthy as freeze dried meats, but its not the worst thing out there either and there's no corn in it. Greenies--all flavors (got a 3 pack on special for Christmas). I only give him treats when I'm going to cut his nails or brush his teeth. He likes to steal the bag out of the cabinet though so I have to watch him, lol. He also loves to chase his treats...if I throw them he runs after them like they're alive.

My cats like Greenies too, but I have an aversion to them because at one point I had a little stockpile in my desk drawer, and Maisie crawled up through the back of the desk and got to them. He ate three bags, and was sick all over the apartment.
No harm done to the cat, but there's a gross-out factor for me now since I had to clean it up.
