Hey everyone, just me again once again perplexed at the things Joy finds delectable! Last night our little carnivore discovered an orange on my desk..next thing you know she was lickign and chewing like it was life's bread! She also will lick my hand to no end after I have eaten one.... I check and it said that small amounts should be fine so no harm done but I find it quite odd! If you remember, this is the Christmas cookie steeling cat from a month ago LOL!
She has also become a garbage raider for QTips! Those we are keeping as far away as possible.... What I thought would be fun is to hear about what non carnivor or even non food items your kitties like to get into and finds quite delecious. Ready, Set, GO! |

my wife was having chile-lime nacho corn chips, tammi cat stuck her nose up in the area, my wife gave her a little bit figuring the taste would send her away,, she chomped it on down and got right back up near the bowl "more treats please"...

Oliver loves to eat ribbon. The plastic-ish kind that you use on birthday presents and balloons. I cant keep him away from it. Everytime my daughter gets a balloon I have to cut the ribbon real short or Oliver will chew it off and eat it.

The only thing Callie ever refused to eat were pretzels. Some of her oddball favorites included roasted red peppers, french fries and cantaloup.
Kobi is willing to try everything, but he rejects quite a bit after a taste.

Adhesives, any kind. If he hears tape being pulled from the roll or a box being ripped open that was taped shut, he comes sprinting. We have to keep all tapes, envelopes with sticky seals, and oddly, printed photos (I think he likes the glossy coating) locked away.

All my cats came from the street, so who knows what crazy stuff they've tried to eat.
Blacky seems to only care for normal cat things. A friend's cat eats fruit (papaya, orange, etc.) and pretty much anything else put in front of her. She's bizarre. |

Any food you drop on the floor accidently, sophie will run for it. I once caught her chewing on a ju-jube that bf dropped by accident. Anna loves bugs of all kind, but lately her delicacy seems to be string, dirt, dust, crumbs. She always spits it out but she tries to eat it... I have to watch to make sure there are so string bits on the floor.
