Worms?

So, one of our older cats, who'll be one year old in a few weeks, has developed quite a saggy belly. My mom says that this might be a sign of worms, what do you guys think? I don't want to spend money on de-worming medication that will expire quickly unless I'm sure that he has worms (Personally I think he's just fat, because he's the most cuddly cat and hangs around the house way more than the other three, who all have very healthy waistlines and well muscled shoulders and haunches).

Sounds like your cats go outside which means they will most likely have worms. If so, then you need to put them all on a regular deworming schedule, every 3 months is typically recommended. Wouldn't even bother getting them tested, it's that likely.
