Default Big scratch on head

I picked up Halcyon just know and noticed she had a big scratch on her head that had bled some. I cleaned it lightly with a warm damp washcloth. Is there anything else I should do? I don't know if she just kicks too hard when scratching an itch or if the other cats are getting too rough with her. She didn't even flinch when i cleaned it up but she wasn't reall happy I got her fur wet.

Well, my puppy got bit at doggie daycare the other day and had 2 pretty decent little puncture wounds. The vet told me to clean it with DILUTED peroxide and put antibiotic ointment on it 2x a day. I asked if it was okay for the puppy to lick it and she said, you wouldn't want the puppy to EAT the ointment but the tiny amount that would be on there, if she licked it it wouldn't hurt her at all.

Without going to the vet, I don't think there is anything else you can do that is more than what I listed above.

You seem more concerned over this than one would be over a typical scratch, so maybe it is worth a trip to the vet.
