Skeeter developed a lump in his hind leg after getting his shots. I actually posted on this forum about it and was told that they can happen and should clear up within a matter of weeks. It did go away and Skeeter is completely healthy. Keep an eye on it to make sure it's not growing. But, the timing of its appearance and your cat's shots does make it likely that the lump is just a reaction to getting the shots. Good luck!

Thanks for everyone's concern. The lumps are starting to go down, they are a lot smaller.

Good news! Guess it was a usual vaccination lump, just larger than normal. I didn't know they could be they big. Learn something new every day! Good reason to get up.
