Default Poor Nya... **UPDATE**

Her ears bother her SO much. She had bad mites when I found her, that weren't cleared up until recently (stubborn little buggers), and this week at the vet, they did another swab since she scratches at them so often, but didn't find any mites. The inside of her ears are all misshapen, with lumps and stuff, which the last vet commented on, and said is probably due to the mites she had. I am supposed to clean her ears out every day, once we're done with the other meds (I don't want to make her TOO angry at me!), and run another mite treatment just incase. But my poor girl. Her ears hurt so bad, if you touch them she wimpers. She's always scratching at them furiously. I just dont know what to do to ease her pain... could there be something the vet missed? they only checked for mites...

Oh dear, I feel so sorry for your poor baby.

Can't you call your vet & get some pain medication?

Well i'm going to be giving her meds for her ears once i'm done giving her the clavamox for her bladder infection. She wont like it very much, but hopefully even the cleaning them out will help ease the discomfort... my new concern is that there is a kinda meaty smell coming from one of her ears. It could just be that she got cat food in her fur on her head, so i'll give it a day or so and see if it's still there. If so, then back to the vet she goes :S

UPDATE!

I cleaned her ears out today, and found PUSS!!! I noticed the meaty smell yesterday, and thought something might be wrong, so i squirted some of the cleaner in, and did a swab, and yellow gooky puss came out. I called the vet and made ANOTHER appointment for Saturday. *sigh* it never ends does it?
