I just use their regular dry food kibble for treats, so I voted "dry".

Dry... Right now they're getting Plaid Cat Turkey and Buttermilk (I dont understand the buttermilk part...) but I also get dehydrated meat treats from work, they're great, no additives or anything, just 100% dried meat. Buddy likes em, Nya as usually doesn't lol (she is fussy with treats).

Mimi and Muffin are INSANE over ShrimpNip, made by SmartyKat. After I wrote to SmartyKat concerning their brilliant toys (which the girls shred in short order), I got a nice package in the mail with some samples of their products. LOVE THEM.

Anyhow, ShrimpNip is freeze-dried shrimp with catnip, all natural. You can get their products at WalMart (sigh!), though they're notably more expensive than some others.

(We also use their scratchers, which the girls just adore. I had to buy three scratchers, they were so defensive of their own.)

Dr. Harvey's Whisker Smackers - Chicken. If you haven't seen it yourself, the one and only ingredient is human-grade freeze-dried chicken. No additives or anything else. My cats love it, although they probably liked some of the dry treats that we used to give them more.

Mine really like Whiskas Temptations. Other times I let them take a bite or two of dog food before I shoo them away.
