Well, the vet said he didn't know what caused this, heehee. So I guess it's true.

Currently we're feeding her 'Special Kitty' kitten food, however we're switching to a better brand with more vitamins and minerals to help her gain weight(she's so thin!). I think that we're either going to Innova or Science Diet, but that's up to my dad.

We have one plastic bowl for food, and the other bowls(water and food) are ceramic. No, we don't have a water fountain, however I change her water twice a day. =)

Yes, we have plants, they haven't caused any problems before. My theory is she's allergic to something the kittens have on them, as the scabs didn't appear before they showed up. She's lived happilly with us for some time!

Anyway, what are your suggestions?

Number one, please get rid of the plastic bowl.

I'm not familiar with the ingredients in the food you are feeding, so as a general precaution you should look for food that contains only one grain (rice), named meat ingredients (chicken, turkey, beef, etc), no by-products, no corn, no corn gluten, no wheat, no wheat gluten, and no brewer's rice, and most importantly, no chemical preservatives and colorings.
A cat with this kind of problem should not be put on Science Diet or any other food with the kinds of ingredients you find in SD.

You should make the food change with the above precautions in mind even if it means having to buy adult formula food.

If different food and no plastic dish don't produce the desired results, you need to look into the problem some more.

And please make sure the ceramic dishes you are using are made in the US. Some ceramic-ware glazes contain lead, which is toxic to cats. Ceramic bowls made in US are normally lead-free, but dishes made outside the US, particularly in Mexico, are decorated with glazes that are laced with lead.

Hmm, so no science diet, even with what the vet said, hmm? Well, okay, haha. I'll try to convince my dad to get Innova, since I've heard good things about it.

Our ceramic dishes were made in the USA. They're plain white and have no lead in them. =) We give them the same dishes we eat off of, and I doubt my dad wants to poison himself and his daughter! Heehee.

Ty for the info, I'll make sure to go shopping with him. Do they sell Innova at Walmart, since we're going shopping tonight, or should I try somewhere else like Petsmart or Petco?

I've never seen Innova at Petsmart, Walmart, etc, so please find the small, individually owned pet supply stores in your area. That's where the good foods are.
And since different stores charge different prices for the same foods, check out a few sotres to find the best price.
