Default Phantom pooper

About 2 weeks ago when Sean and I were gone for 2 1/2 days I came home to a pile of kitty poop on the bathroom rug. My first thought was someone was protesting our absence. I noticed some cat litter had gotten tracked on the rug and embedded so maybe they mistook it for a litter pan...who knows? But there was plenty of poop and weee in the cat boxes so I don't get why one pile ended up there. So I cleaned it up the best I could and I don't have a washer so I had to wait till the end of the week to bring it to the laundry mat. Well 3 days later there was another pile again. Then 2 days after that a puddle of pee. So I pulled the rug up so the floor is bare. Tonite...which is 4 days since the last incident there was a huge puddle of pee on the bathroom floor. I had just been in there an hour ago so it was pretty fresh. I don't notice any blood in it. The problem is I don't know who is doing it. I think it may be Lily since the poop looks a bit like hers (I know I can even tell their poop apart...it's sad)....but I am not sure why she is doing it. She has been adjusting very well. She was at the vets 3 months ago for a check up and everything was dandy. I just worry it could be Willis since he was having problems with stryuvite crystals but it doesn't explain the poop. I have no idea what is going on. They both seem to be acting their normal selves.

Thanks for the list. I am going to try a few things out and see what happens.
