Default Skin Disease , Infection Or Injury ? need some help !

My cat vicky was spayed 2 weeks ago , she was all fine but suddenly we have found those wierd bald red spots on her ears and forehead !
So i dont know if it was because of my other cat (that could have bit her or scartched her while they were fighting ) or is it some kind of infection (they are getting larger by the day)?
I included a picture , so any help would be greatly appreciated !
Thanks

I would take her back to the Vet where she was spayed. That could be ringworm and she could have picked it up from the Vet's office. It's highly contagious.
It could also be a reaction to meds, etc that they gave her, causing her to scratch herself until the fur is gone and it bleeds.
Either way, since she didn't have this before her spay, I'd take her back to the same Vet for an explanation.

If it's ringworm, it will be in circular shapes everywhere except the ears, so it MIGHT be that. However, I agree with Bengal Man: take her back to the vet. It's better to know from a professional than to guess. Good luck!!!
