Meet Chester!

This is Chester. He was a stray in my friend's neighborhood for the past few months. They had a cat so they couldn't take him in but they wanted to find him a home before winter. So that's where I come in. hehe.
They dropped him off at the spay/neuter clinic on Friday and I picked him up that evening and took him home with me.
He's such a sweet cat! I don't know why anyone would ever abandon him! I know he must have belonged to someone at some time because he just loves people and he also used the litter box right away- he didn't pee or poop anywhere where he wasn't supposed to. lol. He also hasn't even really tried to go outside at all. I had been worried that he'd always be darting for the door.
He's been sleeping on my bed with me each night for almost the whole night. I just bought the house so I'm still getting used to it and waking up a lot at night still. But he was with me every time I woke up except for when I woke up this morning at about 6. Aww I love him already!

I saw the name Chester and thought "Ill bet he is orange"! You are awesome for giving an abandoned kitty a new home. Wishing you many many happy years together

Your Chester reminds me of my Murphy -- orange with white, green eyes, and a white stripe up his nose. He's adorable! I'm so glad you got him neutered and brought him inside.
