I have a new foster that was picked up as a stray and never come for, even with notices around town, facebook and the local vet.
She's very nice and tame, absolutely a well loved pet, but it's a shame her owners have not come forward, she had no collar, no chip and is not desexed. I'll be getting all her vet work done through my shelter vet. Meanwhile. I'm not too sure about her breed, she's a stunning looking cat, and to me looks part Ragdoll, but with short hair, probably cross with a DSH? Google has given me cats that she looks kind of like, but not quite... like the Snow marble lynx point Bengal, or a Seal lynx point Ragdoll/Siamese. She has white mittens like many Ragdolls. But I am aware that pointed cats can occur in almost any breed. Here is a photo: ![]() Whatever she is, she's lovely and may end up being adopted by a family member Please, if you have any ideas, however vague, I'd like to try and narrow down her breed! Thanks :3 |

Apart from the foster kittens, I own one cat, a failed foster from an orphaned litter I hand raised last year. I grew up with cats but hadn't owned one for about a decade, and only fostered until little Loki stole my heart. Loki is a small tortie DSH and she was the runt of her litter, despite it all she grew up lovely and beautiful, and has one very interesting trait, she never meows. She purrs, she hisses, she growls, but she doesn't do a normal kitty meow... the closest thing is a short sharp chirp when she is about to jump. I don't mind that she doesn't meow, she's wonderful.

Thanks
Your cat is gorgeous autoexec, I love the little golden eyebrows, it gives them so much character! So no-one has any ideas on the foster kitten? I'll just go with Ragdoll mix, or Mitted Seal Lynx Colourpoint DSH. Her name is Lily now ^_^. |
