Greetings from the hot south!

I live in Valdosta, GA and it's getting up to 79 today!
I am super excited! I'm getting my first cat today! I've been waiting for this for years! He's a tabby kitten with white paws and a white chest!
He has been taken care of so far by a person that takes in strays and fosters them, I will be buying them a big bag of cat food when I go to pick my boy up!
Here's a pic of him:

Any name suggestions? His caretakers call him Peaches, and my cousin had a ginger tabby tom named Pie when we were kids. Suggestions are appreciated!

Hmm, I love naming things.
My cats name is Ginger, she's is also an orange tabby, just way bigger. Peaches is a cute name as well though.
Here's random pet like names:
Blaze, Ginger, Sunny { Sonny }, Tigger, Pyrrhus { PIR-əs, From the Greek name Πυρρος (Pyrros) which meant "flame-coloured, red" }

Valdosta,eh? When I was in high school,your H.S. football team had a REP! Even in Ohio,they were well known thru magazines and cable shows!

Peaches for a boy?? Naw, we can do better than that. I tend to like people names for cats but I do like Blaze and Sunny or Nugget. Maybe Rusty, Buzz or Harley.

don't rush on naming him, odds are in about a week he'll help you find the right name for him..

I'm not a fan of food names for kitties- (or weather, or verbs, or objects...)-like Marcia, I prefer people names as well.

Oscar, Oliver, Leo, Toby, Bentley, Sheldon, Jasper, Percy

For some reason in my weird little head, a basketball name fits for this one ... maybe LeBron or Kobe.
