Hi All,
I just wanted to share some pics of my 2 fosters so far. i decided to foster after losing my heart kitty in January. I am not ready to open my heart completely to another cat just yet as i am still missing my baby so much. but i had a lonely and empty house without my Angel and really needed some comforting company. So i decided to foster and help as many deserving kitties as i could in the mean time. this helps me heal inside, but it also gives other surrendered and adoptable cats a chance at finding their forever families. :smile2:
Emma was a 4 month old stray who needed socializing in order to get her to an adoptable stage and I'm happy to say "mission accomplished!" i had her for a month and 2 days after i brought her back to the shelter to be put up for adoption, her forever family discovered her and took her home!!! yay!!!
Foster #2 is Uma - a 9 year old sweet girl with a UTI, diarrhea, and just had dental surgery. she's here to recuperate after surgery and hopefully get rid of that UTI and diarrhea! needless to say, i'm doing lots of laundry with Uma visiting. :wink2:
