Since I'm new, thought I would give a better introduction to myself.
I'm 17 years old, currently doing extra classes to graduate from highschool. My plans are to go to grooming school once I graduate and eventually start my own grooming buisness. Other than that, I'm a huge reptile fan, mostly snakes. I'm hoping that once I move out, I'll be able to continue my collection. I currently live with my dad and my 11 year old brother. My parents divorced about 10 months ago. I'm lucky that my dad is the animal lover, I was able to keep all my pets and continue caring for those who need a home.
Most of my free time is dedicated to my pets. Caring for them, and training my dog agility on the side. Our pets right now are:
- 1 dog (Buddy, a 4 year old golden retriever cross)
- 3 cats (Bella, 5 yrs. Tinkerbell, 2 yrs estimated. Mooncat-Mouse, 1-3 yrs estimated)
- 9 ferrets (All ranging between 1-7 years old)
- 6 hamsters (2 young winter whites, and four 2 year old syrians)
- 2 mice (10 month old females)
- 2 turtles (RES turtles, around 1-3 years old)
- 2 rabbits (Female is 1 year old and male is 3 years old.)
- 4 degus (2 females and 2 males)
- 1 american toad (3 year old female)
- 1 leopard gecko (3 year old male)
- 1 leopard frog tadpole
- 2 snakes (A boa constrictor and a cornsnake)
- 1 tarantula (mature male pink toe)
And that's all for now. I'm hoping to pick up some new reptiles at the reptile expo in October.
