Yes, they were crazy yesterday! Remember how they were a little ouchy from their shots the day before? I guess they were using up all the energy they weren't able to use up the previous day. Or maybe I just tuned in at a different time than usual. At one point, I don't remember which two both jumped in the air, I think trying to pounce on each other, and ended up doing kitty head butts. Ouch. One was shaking his/her head a little afterwards. But they bounced right back.

John visited and was answering some of the Qs posted on chat. Some were pretty hilarious - there was a repeated "will you marry me?" Someone asked if the kitty cam had helped his adoption rate. He said the last batch was all adopted on the first day they were up for adoption! There seems to be some drama unfolding about who's going to adopt Ash - did you see that?

No, I didn't. But I know that there's a husband and wife and another lad who want to adopt Ash. What kind of drama did you see?

All sorts of chat favoring the husband & wife (names started with A, I think?) and fairly hostile reactions to someone else - I thought it was a woman - who was also on chat. This was all based on the fact that whoever it was said he or she only wanted to adopt Ash if Ash was a boy (or maybe vice versa). Everyone else seemed to sort of gang up to say they didn't trust someone who was basing their decision on Ash's gender.

It was odd because they all generally seem to respect and like each other.

Off I go for my daily dose.

Yeah, the husband and wife's names do start with "A"...Angelica is the wife's name, I think? And I can't type to save my life. I was trying to say that there was another *lady* who wants to adopt Ash, too. Wow, the other person only wants Ash because he's a boy and not a girl?? That's kind weird.

Just to update...yesterday, the kittens and their mama, Ripley, went up for adoption. With the exception of one of the kittens (forgot who), they were all adopted by viewers of the Kitten Cam. All six kitties have Facebook pages too.

Oh no! I've been watching them off and on for weeks.

I obviously don't want more overpopulation, but here's hoping they get a new family in soon!
