Hi everyone! I've been MIA for so long...
It looks like a number of people have been going through a lot physically!
I've been off of work since December 13th, I fell on some ice at work and fractured my right wrist, I'm going to be trying a 'modified' work schedule for a while.
My cats, and dogs have enjoyed me being home at least!
Will try and catch up more with everyone!
11932. 10cats!! Good to hear from you, though I'm sorry about the wrist.
MM, aww, just little Kane now! Any other kittens on the horizon?
Miss Celia's chest fur isn't getting wet anymore when she drinks water, so her mouth must be feeling better. She's had a very stressful couple of weeks, and I'm seeing her sleep soundly today for the first time in a while.
If Kane is adopted....then we have our four big Pudds....Luna, Mystik, Simba, and Komet. And our two upcoming girls...Spark (11 months) and Star (8 months). And our boy, Meli (1 year). Intact cats just aren't as friendly and loving. Star is still kittenish, but that won't last much longer.
I really enjoy the 8-20 week kitten weeks...they are so adorable and sweet and loving.
Snow still remains not much more than a wish right now. We've had some frosty mornings, but not much more than that.
Hope everyone had a good new year!
@Sprite - good to hear that Celia is doing better. It's such a relief when they start to act more like themselves again!
I have noticed one change in Abigail since her vet-adventures last month, she is much more (for want of a better word) clingy.
It used to be that she would come sit on my lap maybe once or twice a week - now she seeks it out all the time. She will jump up, squirm around until she can form a little ball of fluff, then head to sleep, purring all the while.
