Delicious recipe (vegetarian)

Considering there are so many vegetarians on this site I figured I would post this recipe I just tried tonight. It has eggs and dairy in it, but from what I've heard, most vegetarian will eat eggs and dairy.

I made a few changes (I used sugar and a gluten-free all purpose flour) but I'm sure that doesn't effect the taste too much. Add a tablespoon of sour cream on top the finished burger and you are in for a treat.

Love That Quinoa Burger!

Mmm that looks really good. Thank you for sharing! I've never actually tried quinoa. I may have to pick some up next time I'm at the store and give this a whirl.

It is one of the grains I can actually eat. So I tried this recipe. The main ones (wheat, rye, barley) have gluten in them. Most oats are contaminated as they are grown in the same fields, harvested with the same equipment, and processed on the same machinery as the other grains.

Quinoa has a gamey taste, but if you cook it with the right ingredients it tastes great.

One of my friends made a dish with Quinoa. It was fabulous. I made my sister get the recipe and make it for me again! ( I hate to cook) I think Qiompa is becoming more popular.

I've had quinoa stuffed peppers before, they were delish. Too bad I'm married to such a carnivore. If there is no meat it isn't a meal for my caveman. As I've said in another post I could do vegan but.....

I'm not a vegetarian, but that does look really good.

At first I thought this was a recipe using vegetarians, and I was going to comment on how we all have different opinions and those should be respected.

I'm very much an omnivore, but I find it very tasty.
