It is one of the grains I can actually eat. So I tried this recipe. The main ones (wheat, rye, barley) have gluten in them. Most oats are contaminated as they are grown in the same fields, harvested with the same equipment, and processed on the same machinery as the other grains.
Quinoa has a gamey taste, but if you cook it with the right ingredients it tastes great.
