Ah, yes, wonderful customers. I work at a pet food store and there are a few that are geniuses. I'm kind of looking forward to what today will bring though as it's usually our busiest day of the year. Although, we had 18 inches of snow the last couple days and the day before the big blizzard was our busiest day so far, we had over 800 customers. That was CRAZY!

This one lady called as I was getting everything ready to open the store and asked if I would watch over her daughter's backpack until her husband came o pick it up. I told her that isn't a service we provided and I couldn't watch out for him while I was getting everything ready. She said that was bad customer service. Too bad, we aren't even open! I offered her to leave it outside of the door and he could just pick it up, she didn't like that idea.

I spent my Christmas money on medications and doctors visits. Approaching $500 for this month alone. At least I had the money.

Thank you Renee (sorry, I don't know how to make the ' for your "e"..lol). They have added yet another diagnosis to my list. It won't kill me, just make life a little more complicated. I will stop whining now.

Oh, Oh! This reminds me of a funny story, but I’ll try to turn it into a complaint such as “Children talking to Checkers while in line”.
Anyway I was in the store with my 6 yr old son and he wanted a bicycle. He just would not let up, so I told him we just didn’t have the money right then and he said to just write a check. I tried to explain that you have to have money in the bank before writing a check and he looked OK with that.

Then when we got to the counter to pay, the cashier asked how we were going to pay and I said “check”. My son turned to me and said in a quite loud voice “I thought you had to have money in the bank before writing a check”.

Well everybody in the place looked at me in disgust and I was mortified. They ran the check through some sort of verification and then let me proceed with my purchase.

And customers who steal things suck too...found a tag from a Red Sox collar in the toy aisle and the collars are on the opposite side of the store. Check inventory on the computer vs what was actually on the shelf. Yup...one missing.
