I am a college sports fan and I am a Kentucky Wildcat fan. Go Big Blue!!!
I also grew up a Cincinnati Reds fan and still am in the summer time. Baseball is by far my favorite pro sport. I hardly ever watch NBA, NFL or NHL. If I do it is a rare occasion when I can't find anything else to keep me busy. Hope there are no Louisville fans on here. Laugh. Last edited by Charley Sullivan; 01-29-2012 at 05:23 PM. I am not a big sports person myself... But the rest of my family bleeds Blue..
I remember when I got free tickets to a UK game.. I took my grandmother. I swear it was cold, wet, dreary and I was so uncomfortable. My grandmother, yelled, screamed and had a good time. I would do it again. I never got into sports but its a memory. lol |

I really only watch the NBA. Celtics are my team, but I enjoy watching a handful of others as well. We take the train down to Beantown to watch the C's play on occasion.

My dad loves football and supports Manchester United (I'm from UK btw
I myself hate sports, it's more about money than the game itself these days

I'm not really into sports much, however I do always root for the home town team, so NHL is the Edmonton Oilers & CFL (football) is the Edmonton Eskimos.
My husband is a huge hockey fan, so I learned long ago I could either be whiny & irritating and not watch or just join in the fun lol. |

I also would like to get into American football. I've watched a few games and they can be more exciting than the NBA, but it's not really fun to watch when you're not sure what's going on.

The Jets. I was born into it; my grandfather was one of the greatest Jets fans that ever lived. If you watch footage of the 1969 Super Bowl (at least I think it was '69), you can see my grandfather run onto the field the moment the game was over, giant camera in tow. He was a photographer, and also the presidential of the now-defunct Jets Parking and Chowder Society.

Boise State University, college football. I'm a 5th generation Idaho native and there are 7 BSU degrees in my family. I still live in the Boise area and it's pretty difficult to not be a fan.
I am also a bandwagon fan of MIZZOU. My wife is from Missouri and her sister graduated from UM. |
