Cooked recipe books?

Could anyone recommend a book with good, balanced cooked recipes for cats? Through searching I have found "Dr. Becker's Real Food for Healthy Dogs and Cats" and "Dr. Pitcairn's New Complete Guide to Natural Health for Dogs and Cats". I have seen catnutrition.org and catinfo.org, but both seem to be balanced for raw feeding. Wild Kitty that allows you to just add cooked meat is too expensive.

I'm a few months late, but I have the 2nd edition of Home Prepared Dog and Cat Diets (by Patricia Schenck).
It has several cat diets and once you have the supplements gathered, is not hard to put together at all.

I puree the rice in the blender so Poppy can't pick it out. And a potato masher helps get the meat into a canned consistency.

I made up our first batch last night, turkey. Poppy has been stealing cooked food off our plates and likes a cooked topper on his kibble. So I thought I'd try one of the recipes.

It's a bit spendy and technical but good.
