Default Liver candy

This candy works for dogs too.

Boil the liver (I use the liver from a moose) with some garlic and a pnich of salt for about an hour. When it's ready, dice it. Dry the liver dices in the owen (122 degrees Farenheit, 50 degrees Celsius) for 3-5 hours (it might take even longer time) and then it's ready to eat.

Ariel, I think moose are more easily found in Canada and other countries farther north.

Did you hear about the Scotsman who was on a canoe trip in Canada? A huge animal ran across the stream- and the guide told the shaking Scotsman, " Don't worry. That was just a moose." And the Scotsman shook his head and said, "It that was a moose, I dinna want to see a rrrat!"

(I'm half Scottish, so I'm allowed to tell that joke!)
