Variation of the tuna recipe...

Hello.. so the tuna treats looked good, as well as easy to make, so I decided to make them... Problem was... no tuna in the apt! So here's what I used instead....

1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk

a little less than 1/2 c. canned chicken
and filled the rest up w/ cooked chicken liver*

1 tbsp veggie oil
1 egg
1/4 c. water

*liver was cooked in toaster oven, wrapped up with foil like a little envelope and a little juice (this is how i make a really quick chicken or salmon dinner)
