Well, usually I believe honesty is the best policy, but...... I have snuck cats into almost everyplace I have lived

I not proud of this, but I once had a friend apply to adopt a kitten, because they owned their own home...then I picked the kitten up from her outside the shelter

And....(im divulging all of my bad secrets) When I adopted Ashley, I put down my Aunt's number as the landlord, and she told them it was ok

SO...............there ARE ways to get around it

I wouldn't hesitate to lie either under those circumstances, but I hope that they can change the rules from your letter, massiel!
