Amazing what they can swallow

I feed quail to my 5 month old. I cut the legs off and cut the body in half so it's easier for him to eat. I was watching him eat today and he picked up a leg and swallowed it whole. I ran towards him to help him if he choked. He looked up at me like what's wrong? I'm not having any problems here. I thought for sure I would see some bones in his poop, nope, nothing, nada, gone.

I feed whole prey quail to two of my cats and yup, everything that goes in gets digested!
