Giblets from a chicken

I cooked a whole chicken and saved the giblets in a ziplock, uncooked. My cats have had some raw meals, chicken, turkey, pork, they have had gizzards but not livers. Nothing has upset their stomachs so far. My question is how much liver is okay for their first time? Would one liver between the two of them be okay? I don't want to give them the runs. They eat canned with a raw meal here and there.

Chicken livers are tiny! Sure, split one b/t the 2 of them. They'll be fine.
