Hi All
The Mods have been discussing that the Meet My Kitty forum name seems to imply that only kitty introductions should be posted there. But it has always been intended that this is the forum for sharing all of those oh so cute photos and videos of our cats (as well as family and friends cats)....not just introductions. So....we're thinking that the forum needs a name change (cause we're always moving photo threads from other forums) and thought it would be fun to have a contest to choose a new name. We need your help, or it will end up being called something lame like "Photo Phorum". The Rules/Process:
Bragging rights!!! So go get creative...we can't wait to see what you guys come up with!!!

Why do we need seperate forums. I always just look at 'recent posts'. Forums mean nothing to me. Your thinking has been limited by the typical structure of forum software. It's time we 'think outside the box'. Poo in it but think outside it.

All of these suggestions are great! I tried to think of something but I think all the great name ideas are taken.
I too mostly use the "New Posts" feature. However the problem with that is some people are here to read about certain issues, or to give advise in certain areas they are knowledgeable in, they may have no interest in kitty pictures but want to know everything about behavior, therefore these people don't want to go though countless threads on other issues. That's why forums are structured the way they are... and it makes perfect sense, anything else would be a complete mess. You may never know where to look if you were trying to find a certain thread. The search feature is always helpful but not a guarantee.
